For a more satisfying stay at the hotel, the management pampered the guests with much hospitality through their available services to ensure interests. Before, it was only a room with a single bed, a table, a cupboard and a washstand. Later on, these necessities were elaborated with en-suite bathrooms and climate control. To match these features are the addition of accessories like alarm clock, telephone, television, Internet connection, food, drinks, refrigerator, coffee maker and the list goes on.

Meal combinations were also considered as part of the lodging arrangement. These are usually classified as European meal- minimal breakfast; American Plan- all meals; and Modified American Plan- breakfast or dinner.
